Your 1hr. first session is a chance to meet your coach and for them to meet you. This is foundational to moving forward.
You will be given a link to complete the SYMBIS assessment. Please do so before your next scheduled session.
At the conclusion of your first meeting, subsequent meetings will be scheduled.
Your coach will receive the results of your SYMBIS assessment and will take time to review it before your second session.
NOTE: If you are not a member of CrossPointe Church, Pre-marriage coaching cost is ($150 total) and Marriage Coaching ($ 50/hr.).

Brian & Julie Fowler
Brian and Julie are originally from West Texas but made the move east to Tyler in June 2013. After several smaller moves, they have now settled in Whitehouse, Texas, which they are grateful to call home. They are the proud parents of three wonderful children—Emily, Addison, and Jacob—and find great joy in watching them grow and follow the path God has set for their lives.
Vocationally, Brian serves as a revenue accountant with Quorum Software, while Julie works as a Secondary Math Specialist at Region 7 Education Service Center (ESC).
Throughout their 21 years of marriage, Brian and Julie have been continually amazed by all that God has done in their lives, both individually and together. Their shared passion is to help couples experience not just a “good” marriage, but a thriving, Christ-centered relationship that reflects His love and brings glory to God.
Currently, they serve as Directors of the Marriage Ministry at Crosspointe Church. Together, they have led multiple marriage community groups, coached engaged and married couples, and coordinated the XO Marriage Conference simulcast. Most recently, they attended the XO Marriage Mediation Institute and completed 80 hours of training to become certified XO Mediators.

Rick & Janda Gragg
Rick and Janda have been happily married for 25 years, with their enduring love and dedication rooted in their shared commitment to putting God first in their relationship. Rick, a passionate fitness trainer with over two decades of experience, and Janda, a devoted educator at The Brook Hill School for 15 years, have a beautiful family. Their journey as parents began with a double blessing—twins Andrew and Daniel—and their daughter Emily, who are all now in college.
Rick and Janda have been members of Crosspointe since 2021. One of the things they cherish most about Crosspointe is the emphasis on nurturing marriages. They are community group leaders focused on strengthening marriages, and they have been Marriage Coaches for the past year. Their involvement in the ministry is driven by the conviction that every marriage can succeed if approached with faith, love, and commitment—doing it "God's way." Through both joyful moments and challenges, their unwavering commitment to each other and their shared beliefs has strengthened their bond and inspired them to help other couples find this path of God’s love.
RICK & JANDA’S CALENDAR
Jason and Giselle McClure's journey together is a testament to overcoming challenges and finding purpose through faith. Jason, a native of Tyler, Texas, spent several years traveling across North America before meeting Giselle in her hometown in Mexico. After dating long distance for two years, they married in 2009 in Mexico, where they lived for a year before moving to Utah and eventually settling in Texas.
Today, Jason runs a marketing and consulting business, while Giselle works as a community outreach specialist, passionately connecting with others. Their relationship has faced significant challenges, including a language barrier—Jason had no knowledge of Spanish, and Giselle spoke no English when they began dating. They also navigated life in foreign countries, dealt with financial struggles, and faced the heartache of infertility.
At their lowest point, they found hope, faith, and strength in Christ, which transformed their lives and marriage. Having experienced the powerful changes brought by faith and reconciliation, Jason and Giselle felt called to help others. They firmly believe that a Christ-centered marriage not only strengthens families but also fosters healthier communities. Today, their ministry includes leading Bible studies and community groups, providing marriage coaching, and spreading the love of God.

Nathan & Tori Smith
Nathan and Tori are high school sweethearts who both attended college in Oklahoma City, where they earned bachelor's degrees in Ministerial Leadership. In 2020, they moved back to Texas to grow their family and now have two incredible and lively children. Nathan works as the videographer for Crosspointe Church and oversees the Young Adults Ministry, while Tori has spent seven years in the nonprofit sector and is currently the HR Coordinator at PAVE East Texas.
Both Nathan and Tori have a deep passion for serving others and witnessing how God transforms lives, including their own. They enjoy making friends and serving the Church and God's people in various ways, whether it's hosting small groups, leading worship, serving at VBS, or cooking for others.
Marriage has brought many blessings to their lives and has helped them navigate challenges such as job losses, miscarriages, and the ups and downs of life and relationships. They love to share the biblical principles and blessings that marriage has to offer with others.

Shawn & Mary Larson
In 2002 Shawn and Mary Larson were married in northern Colorado. Their marriage started as a friendship with a mutual agreement that the “D” word was never an option! They have 4 adult children whom they love and are very proud of! Shawn and Mary have previous ties with marriage ministries and have a heart to see marriage and family thrive. They believe that a great family is founded on God first and marriage second.
The Larsons moved to the Tyler area in July of 2025 and jumped right into serve at Crosspointe. Shawn is a business owner and enjoys marketing and communications work. Mary is a school bus driver and her passion is children. Together they enjoy Face-Timing with their grandchildren from California and spending time together even if it’s just side by side on the couch as they “play” on their phones. Over the years many, including their own children, have commented to them “I want a marriage like yours.” Shawn and Mary give God all the glory for their marriage and family and know that without Him nothing is possible!
