Tim Johnson, BA, MASL
Pastor Tim has been in ministry for over 30 years and brings a heartfelt touch to the process of finding freedom. Having personally broken free from past addictions, Pastor Tim has a passion to see others find complete healing from the traumas of life.
Pastor Tim and his wife Shelly have three amazing children, Grace, Isaac, and Elijah. Tim has written extensively on the subjects of discipleship and freedom. Tim is currently serving as the Communications Director and Freedom Pastor at CrossPointe Church in Tyler, TX.

Joy Patterson
Joy is an Ohio native that was transplanted to Texas in 2006 so God could clean up her Yankee manners and small dreams. But He didn’t stop there- He surrounded her with a faith tribe that pointed her to freedom that she never knew she needed- and she’s never been the same since.
During the past 17 years in Texas, she’s been challenged and stretched to take God at His word, which has been the most rewarding adventure.
Because of this, she loves seeing women walk in freedom and confidence in who they were made to be regardless of their past. She and her husband, Joseph, have two children, Eva and Jackson, who they are raising to conquer the world. Joy is currently serving as Women’s Pastor at CrossPointe Church in Tyler, TX.

Dave and Debbie Overland
Dave and Debbie have been an integral part of CrossPointe church since 2010. They have been involved in a variety of volunteer positions throughout the years. In 2016 they completed a Financial Coach Training class, and in 2017, facilitated a Financial Peace class at CrossPointe.
Dave and Debbie have been mentoring and coaching people on and off through the years. When the Freedom Center was announced, God put in their hearts a deep desire to help CrossPointe start a Financial Freedom program. Dave and Debbie love to give people the tools and principles they need to improve their life and reduce their stress levels. When God is brought into your finances, life changes!

Brian and Julie Fowler
Brian & Julie originally came from West Texas before making the decision to move east to Tyler in June 2013. Many small moves later they now call Whitehouse Texas home. Over the past 10 years as members of CrossPointe they are amazed at what God has done in their life personally and as husband and wife. They both have a desire to see couples not only have a good marriage, but a vibrant and active marriage filled with love that is being used for His Glory.
Brian & Julie have 3 wonderful kids Emily, Addison, and Jacob that are a joy to watch grow and mature in all that God has planned for their life. Vocationally Brian is an accountant at Orion Pipeline in Tyler and Julie works for Chapel Hill ISD as a math specialist/coach at the high school. Brian and Julie are currently serving as Marriage Coaching Coordinators, and also are leaders of a community group with a focus on marriage for the past 3 years at CrossPointe Church in Tyler, TX.
